Gov. Haley, the best solution to this issue is to put the question directly to the citizens of SC. If the majority want to retain the flag leave it alone. If the majority wants it removed take it down. This is not an issue for you or the legislature  to make the call. PUT IT TO THE CITIZENS-let them speak.
