Hey Katherine! It is no problem at all, I certainly don't expect you to remember all the proclamations! I am just glad the urban league asked for it since it is slipped my mind! I can't believe it is November!
Yes, those stats are still accurate. I think the previous language is fine but if you wanted something new, I can get something to you. Just let me know!
Thanks again!
Elizabeth

Hello, Elizabeth. It wasn’t until after I talked to Leigh that I discovered you had requested the proc last year. Basically, just an update on the number of family caregivers in SC. Is the 770,000 number from last year (and on the fact sheet online) still pretty accurate? Any suggested edits?
The request came from the Urban League and included the draft language from the Caregiver Action Network.
Thanks for your help!

Hey Katherine! How are you? I heard from Leigh LeMoine at the Lt. Governor’s Office asking about the most recent Family Caregiver Stats for a proclamation. I told her I would follow up with you.
As you know, in the past I have been the one to request the proclamation for Family Caregiver Month but it has slipped by me! It was good to hear that someone else has requested a proclamation so it didn’t fall through the cracks. Do you remember what organization requested the proclamation?
I also, want to get you the stats that you need. I appreciate you doing this and following up! Let me know what I can do to help you get what you need!
Thanks,

Good morning Katherine! I apologize, with the flood I have gotten behind and am just now getting this request to you. Is it possible to get a proclamation for November – Family Caregiver Month? I apologize for the late notice.

Good morning Katherine! I spoke with you a couple of months ago and you got the Lifeline proclamation for me while I was at the Office of Regulatory Staff. Thank you for your help with that!
I am not at the Lt. Gov. Office on Aging. I am managing the Family Caregiver Support Program. November is National Family Caregiver Month and I was wondering if you could help me with a proclamation again. How does that work if it is for the whole month? Let me know what you need from me and if it is possible. Sorry for the late notice. I am just getting into my new position and apparently nothing has ever been done.
