<WFUD_Request>I am a single mother of a 4 year old whom I raise.  I currently receive child support from the father in the amount of $60.00 a week.  I was told by DSS  and the child support customer service that I needed to wait for 3 years before I could file for an adjustment on the court order.  So I waited the 3 years and finally received a letter stating if I wanted a review to send a letter in requesting one. The letter was mailed in 1 day after I got it.  I have followed up more than 30 times to make sure that it was there.  I was told it was not there and then faxed the letter in and the same thing happened.  i have repeatedly tried waiting very patiently and think that I have done so... I know I am not the only one wanting this done.  They then told me the supervisor tried to call and could not leave a message..No number on my phone was ever called in and no reason at all there would be they could not leave a message.  So here I am almost a year later with NOTHING...  The initial court order was based off the father making 200.00 a week and he currently makes over 700.00 a week now..and there is pre-school too. I have provided contact information for any and everything they could possibly need other then the documents themselves that I can not get from him.  I just don't understand that there is this much confusion with this office.  I have called over 100 times I know to follow up and can not get any response from anyone.. No call, no letter ,no nothing..  I understand that these things take time but I feel my time has been waited and want something done ASAP.  I don't want to have to be kept putting aside when I have provided everything to the numerous times.
