Me and my family just moved here from Texas. I grew up in South Carolina and always wanted to come back because of the beauty and charm. I however am sooo very disappointed in the Medicaid process. My children were both on Medicaid in Texas and I had no problems getting them signed up. Even being processed with in 2-3 weeks. However here is SC it is a min. wait of 45 or more to get processed for medicaid. All I have heard from people are (That's just the process) That is unacceptable and it should also be unacceptable to you as our governor. We live in the United States and hiring more people or bringing the system more into the future is what is needed here. These are my kids and they deserve to be able to go to the doctor without me being in fear of not being able to pay the bill.
