I PROCESSED MY REVIEW IN JULY LIKE I WAS SUPPOSED TO AND MY MEDICAID GOT CHANGED TO FAMILY PLANNING (BECAUSE I MAKE TOO MUCH) BUT MY CHILDREN STILL QUALIFIED. UNFORTUNETLY, ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2015 THERE WAS A GLITCH AND MY CHILDREN'S MEDICAID WAS CANCELLED. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE CALL CENTER SINCE SEPTEMBER 2, 2015 AND MY CHILDREN'S CASE HAS BEEN PUSHED THROUGH TO THE ESCALATED LIST SINCE THEN AND I HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERY WEEK FOR THE PAST 5 MONTHS. I KEEP GETTING TOLD THAT IT WAS A COMPUTER ERROR AND THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHING THAT THEY CAN DO, HOWEVER THAT THERE IS NO ONE IN ELIGIBILITY OR TECH SUPPORT THAT I MAY SPEAK WITH TO GET THIS PUSHED THROUGH. MY SON HAS GI ISSUES AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO TAKE HIM TO A GI DOCTOR BECAUSE HIS INSURANCE ISN'T GOING THROUGH. AND, MY DAUGHTER WAS SICK IN NOVEMBER AND I HAD TO TAKE HER TO THE ER BECAUSE THE DOCTOR WOULDN'T SEE HER BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE $300 FOR PAYMENT AS SELF PAY. I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE 2ND SUPERVISOR IN 2 WEEKS NOW WHO KEEP TELLING ME THEY HAVE DONE ALL THEY CAN DO AND I JUST HAVE TO KEEP CALLING EVERY WEEK TO SEE IF THE ERROR HAS BEEN CORRECTED. I WAS ALSO INFORMED TODAY THAT IT WILL BE REINSTATED BACK TO SEPTEMBER 1, 2015 SO ANY OUT OF POCKET MONEY I HAVE HAD TO PAY I SHOULD GET BACK. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED BECAUSE THIS HAS BEEN A BATTLE FOR 5 MONTHS NOW THAT MY CHILDREN HAVE NOT HAD INSURANCE BECAUSE OF A COMPUTER ERROR AND IT SEEMS NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I CALL NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT.
