<WFUD_Request>Because of Obamacare my kids were forces to be placed on SCM Medicaid. Recently we did the annual review form but have some unique circumstances that we can not seem to get through to the red tape and that the CSR's at the agency can not understand. In the meantime, our kids coverage has lapsed. I am concerned because it seems unfair that the ACA requires us to have insurance and then the state agency denies or closes coverage toward the end of the calendar year. Annual review forms need to be done YEARLY at the beginning of open enrollment and coverage should ALWAYS continue until the end of the calendar year. I need help with our circumstances to get my kids coverage up once again. I have a daughter with a serious blood disease and we no longer have coverage. I need an ombudsman immediately to help us navigate this issue.</WFUD_Request>
