Why not tell all SC elementary schools to tell the boys not to hit girls, and it is wrong and not faqir to do since girls are weaker then they are.  Try kindergarten first, that's when hitting starts, and their perswonalitiesw are still forming (psychiatrists think our personalities form at a young age and last our whole lives).  Then maybe in tweleve years or more, we will be last in all fifty states in domestic abuse, men hitting women, instaed of number one right now.
