The 2 year old child died. I suggest as Governor to send out a suggestion to all daycares in SC that if someone has a child in there daycare and one day the famiky member does not drop the child off and does not give notice that they plan on keeping the child out of the day care that day that the day care is to call family members and confirm that the child to stay out that day. If this was in effect this child would be alive. This has become a big problem since the installation of front airbags and kids are put in the back seat.
