Thank you for forwarding this to me.  I always appreciate the support and the transparency of my Governor and all of you with whom we work.  In so many ways, I truly believe this to be one of the reasons SCEL is so successful.

This is NOT a proven group…….what they are proposing is not “doable” at this time……and they are trying to circumvent the lottery leadership from around the country to promote their “business”.  I must admit that this group’s approach is more bold than most, and I am sure other states will view their direct communication with Governors as a red flag…….I certainly do.  Even their choice of the name for their company….with the word “caucus” included……is misleading. 

I hope this is helpful to you…….please let me know if I might be of further help in this regard.  I stand always ready to assist you all in any way possible.  And I thank you, and the Governor, for the trust placed in me.
