I Shonta Monique Bryant from AND born in SC addressing U.S. President, False claims have been unlawfully force upon me as assumed surety for the strawman and barnwell  county government officials are in violation of the law as well and abuse and cruel punishment have been taken place upon me the me and in their corporate office furthermore, depriving me from natural clean air to breath in and depriving me from clean water to drink and depriving me from my pursuit of happiness and freedom and life which is clearly in the U.S CONSTITUTION AND SC CONSTITUTION. December 17 2016 I Filed a complaint for harassment and operating under colorable law falsely accusing me The Natural person Shonta M. Bryant as the assumed surety for the strawman name "SHONTA MONIQUE BRYANT", AND has been filed IN SC, Barnwell county COURTs RECORD WHICH was Sent to all parties/agencies involved as a Legal notice to discontinue there unlawful actions upon me and  on December 18 2016 I Shonta M Bryant was unlawfully arrested at  residence 1441 clinton street barnwell sc 29812  approx, six oclock am. By officer Coach, he rejected to give me his corporate badge number and i was falsely  accused for which is stated clearly under Code of Federal Regulations CFR 27 SUB. 72.11 ALL CRIMES ARE CIVIL COMMERCIAL not criminal and false accusations and false allegations against the strawman (defendant) SHONTA MONIQUE BRYANT.  I Shonta Monique Bryant  (natural person) I'm being held without any relief or remedy AND EXCESSIVE BOND SETTING in this matter and the Constitution stated clearly not to do these unlawful actions and I am aware of my unalienable Rights natural rights which cannot be taken from me and on December 20 2016 filed (order of decision to rescind, lack of jurisdiction, challenging of presumptive jurisdiction,rogatory of relief under Hague convention, affidavit of truth , no response in a timely manner the associate chief judge appointed  assigned to the case is Lawson Jordan Holland Jr., the appointed assigned prosecutor/officer is Brian Owens badge number 103. I  AM AWARE OF THE SC.
