Dear Governor Dayton:

After further review of probable impugning suspects regarding the very unusual linkages between my life and Minnesotans is potentially my upbringing in New Smyrna Beach Florida area, which is in close proximity to Kennedy Space Center. 

Of hypothesis, Minnesotan, Swedish, German Space Exploration community were, in some way, linked to the very unusual impugning of myself and my family in the New Smyrna Beach area on the basis NASA employees lived in the New Smyrna Beach area.

The hazy constant presence of Minnesotans, Germans and Swedish linkages to my and  my family's lives are utterly one of the most bizarre and unusual situations one could imagine.

The questions I have:   Why and where exactly did the unusually assuming influences from Minnesota start in my and my family's lives?  
Of all people, why Minnesotans?

What is the interest in myself and my family emergent from Minnesotans?  What is the agenda?
How many damages have been caused as a result of the unusual Minnesotan linkages to myself and my family, and how much money do the Minnesotans owe as a result of the damages to my and my family's lives?

Who emergent of the world of Minnesotans are going to pay for the damages caused to my and my family's lives?
