Thank you for taking the time to read this message.  

On April that is all 16th, 2016, I applied for the PACE Program with the SC Department of Education.  As a part of the application process I was instructed to pay a $105.00 fee.  After the payment was processed.  I realized that I was not supposed to pay the application fee. (Granted it was in the fine print) I have notified the department soon after by email in which I was told that the fee was not refundable and the refund would not be processed.  The website clearly says that evaluations are free and that is all that was done.  Therefore the $105.00 fee that was obtained does not belong to them.  Can you assist me in helping with this matter?
