Dear Governor Haley,

   As an animal lover, I watched the disturbing video of The German Shepards being beaten by their owner, as he "Stated it's only a dog", is very disturbing. I personally have a problem when a Judge, can release these dogs back to the same person that beat them, so what happens when his next victim is a child. I worked with abused children everyday and see the long term effects.  I can't begin to understand how a Judge could ever entertain this. I don't know if the Judge should be representing the law.
