Below is what I sent to the ATF and I'm sending you the same thing voicing my opinion towards the ban and any future bans on firearms and ammunition. I do not agree with the attempt of banning M855 ammunition. First off banning anything pertaining to firearms is unconstitutional to begin with "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." It says "shall not be infringed" so the government has no right in banning commonly used ammunition better yet anything pertaining to firearms. So I vote NO to any restrictions and bans on any firearms and or any ammunition. I ask you to stand up against this ban and any future bans that are unconstitutional. Thanks, A. Decker
