I was surprised Gov.Haley, when I received the debit card with my wife and my state tax refund. The trouble that these cards cause while trying to get the funds out proved to be to complex for the tellers at my bank. Having no luck after the third try,I knew that I would be unable to try again that day, but to my surprise when my wife tried to to contact Revenue was uncalled for. After waiting so long to get a person about why the account was empty,(never was able to get even a dollar) she finally asked why she was unable to receive our money she was hung up on never to get anybody else on the phone. This is a funny way to keep money from being withdrawn and I would like for you to look into this because I don't have the clout to even talk to a human being. Thank you and hopefully you can resolve this for me.
