I am trying to regain custody of my son from his paternal grandparents. His father (lives in the home) is in contempt of court and after making death threats to the #blacklivesmatter group he is receiving death threats himself, he has also been drinking and driving with my son in the vehicle. I have been denied a public defender due to "conflict of interest", can not afford the high cost of an attorney, complied with everything that has been asked of me, yet I am denied the opportunity to raise my son and be in his life like I should be. DSS is now involved and the grandparents have denied me any sort of visitation with my son. I am asking for any advice or any help you're willing to give.
