Honorable Nikki Haley,
 My name is Carol Velasquez and I am writing on behalf of my brother, Robert Camp. In 2009 my brother was in  a motor- cycle accident He was seen by a doctor because he had pain in his arm . They said there was nothing wrong and sent him home. Over the year he saw many doctors. He was unable to work because he was deteriorating. His pain was so bad he could not sleep. Once he fell in the snow he lie there for hours until someone found him and could help him up . Last year my brother moved to South Carolina . I promised him he would get better care here . He has not . He is under-treated/under medicated for his pain because he has spinal cord damage. He cannot urinate or be cathered .  One doctor force him to be cathedral inorder to receive his scripts . After 40 minutes of trying and Robert being told he was holding in his urion . They finally stopped .  He cryed for hours saying it felt like glass was being forced in him . He now ha PTS . His new doctor promised  he would only do oral wab .yesterday he told him that he could not see him any longer if he did not pee in a cup . He has constant spasms in his whole body . The pain management doctor spends 3 minutes with him at each appointment! I am my brother's voice. I go on his appointments with him until last month when his pain management doctor sent him a letter stating they would not care for him any longer if I came to the office with him. Please help me find the help my brother needs. He asked his neurologist for a referral, but got the reply, " Mr. Camp I am sorry to say that there are no good doctors out there who understand the amount of pain medication you need to be on and the injections that they keep giving you will never help you . I am reaching out to you for help . Please come and see Robert or I can bring him to you . See for yourself . Please help us get the care he needs . Thank you  Carol Velasquez
