I purchased a surplus Humvee for use on my farm.  I served in the military on active duty for 24 years and have been riding in or driving them my whole military career.  They are on the highway every day with the Active, Guard, Police Dept, Forestry Dept and a host of other state and federal agencies.  SC DMV will not issue me a Farm Tag for my vehicle.  How can other States issue tags for these vehicles, other state and federal agencies drive them on SC roads; but a full time farmer can not.  This is a double standard and needs to be redressed
