While I have a range of views from very progressive to moderately conservative depending on issue, I tend to find myself somewhere left of center. However, with that said, I have admired and appreciated her leadership and courage during recent events in our state including the aftermath of the shooting in Charleston, the removal of the Confederate flag from the State House grounds, and then in response to the October floods. And last night in her SOTU response, she hit a home run. I have voted twice for the President. But her response modeled the behavior and attitude she called for from members of both parties. Her concerns focused on substance, not personality. And she joined the President in his call for civility in public discourse. She reminded all of us that we share values that transcend our differences. Kudos!!! I am proud of her and the way she represented our state. John Jamrogowicz
