My son works as a lineman for scana, working some days 16 hours. He receives NO overtime pay after 8 hours, and only receives overtime once he puts in 40 hours. These men work hard and long hours to restore power to the citizens of South Carolina and I believe this is very unfair to them. Is there anything that can be done about this?
