It further describes access to public accommodations, use of the white cane and guide dogs and that an annual proclamation be presented announcing White Cane Safety Day on October 15 annually. Please send us a copy of this proclamation like the one which was done in previous years (like 2012) so that we can spread the word throughout the state.
