I would like to propose state legislation to you based on deterring employers abusing the right to work state law by terminating experienced qualified individuals by other than legitimate reasons such as poor work performance, not showing up for work, theft, drugs and alcohol abuse, and etc. with the following proposal. Terminated employee has the option to present to the state evidence of wrongful termination; if employer cannot submit rebuttal evidence proof that employee was fired by legitimate reasons they will have to pay the state a reasonable fine. 2. Unemployment abuse by employers filing false claims costing the state lost revenue in unnecessary hearings and appeals with the following proposal. If employer fights unemployment and a hearing is presented and employer loses, it goes against their record, with more than 3 times of won cases employer loses business license and will have to pay the state a substantial fine to get it back. This proposed legislation would deter employers from abusing the unemployment system fighting claims they will knowingly lose but choose to take their chances causing lost revenue to the state in unnecessary hearings and appeals. I have proof of multiple accounts other than myself of the abuse of the information stated above.
