We had requested Governor Haley to be a part of our South Carolina Songfest and also present a Proclamation on September 1, 2016. Her office has informed us that she could not make this and forwarded us to you for the Proclamations. We are working with our County Council and will be recognizing three groups over a three day period.
This is really what we need:
1 - September 1, 2016 - Upstate First Responders Appreciation Day
2 - September 2, 2016- Upstate Minister's Appreciation Day
3 - September 3, 2016 - Upstate Veteran's Appreciation Day
