Honorable Governor Haley,
I am extremely concerned as a mother, grandmother, former teacher, and current mental health provider about the new restroom policy. I have friends who are homosexual, as well as family members. I have counseled transgendered individuals as well. It is very disconcerting to think that I or anyone could be in the restroom or locker room with those of the opposite sex. If they have not had the surgery to remove their male part, they are a danger to women and children. You know, as well as I do that there will be male rapists and pedophiles that will pose as transgender and we will see many women and children violated. Please take a stand for our children and the many who have already been molested. I see these kids everyday. The transgendered that I have personally counseled are victims of long term sexual abuse. Please help protect the children. My suggestion would be to have family-style restrooms to keep people safe.
