I have several patients who have sustained spinal cord injuries and are in need of durable medical equipment and home health/outpatient therapy. Their applications are 'pending'. Most do not have a Medicaid caesworker assigned to them nor can we get answers to where the application is stalled. please help me help my patients and their families as they struggle thruogh this ordeal. And maybe reconsider accepting federal Medicaid funding to assist our deserving citizens. respectably, Linda Collins,LMSW,CCM
