In a previous email, you sent to me the fact that you had appropriated so much money for our road's repairs without raising taxes. Anderson County voters voted to raise sales taxes by 1% for our roads....and yet interstate 85, and many, many local streets are still in a serious need of repair. If so much money was appropriated, then why are our roads in such bad state still?

Maybe instead of a contract being signed for I-385 that was hundreds of millions of dollars we should fix the existing roads.... I am increasingly becoming unsatisfied with our state government and the DOT!
