The letter was a political endorsement of Jonathan Hyman who he is endorsing for in our primary tomorrow. IF this is legal it is a shame. He is free to endorse who ever he wants but to use envelope and letterhead and possible postage paid by the tax payers and cost of printing and such that should be criminal. If not legal it should be all over the news today to show the corruption if legal it is sad and gives me more reason to vote all in office out.
