This obvious conflict of interest, in addition to his stated public opposition to highway growth, disqualifies him for this position. You should ask for his resignation. If that is not forthcoming, it is incumbent upon you to replace him. This is yet another example of the ethics problems in our state government. We are looking to you to clean up the mess.
