I am working in conjunction with Jeff Sherun of the FDA to build a unique facility to do early feasibility trials and first and man clinical trials. This is part of a new iniatitive by the FDA to approve medical devices/drugs quicker and cheaper than before. It will be initially a 50 bed reseach hospital with support buildings and facilities. I am currently looking to locate it at the junction of Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina along the I 85 route leading from Hartsfield Jackson Airport in Atlanta. I would greatly appreciate discussing this project with the Governor.
