Dear Madame Governor:
In 2009 my husband,Earl C Lothridge,was badly hurt while on the job with SCDOT. He crushed his C4-C7 and nearly severed his spinalcord.  Since we have been battling for his case with the state.  We have attorneys and they suggested we contact you because we are getting nowhere with states attorneys.  They don't want to accept the responsibility for him ,and everytime we get a judgement in our favor by a commissioner the State's attorneys appeal it.  It has been appealed 3 times. Our last court date was Sept.8,2014, we still don't have an answer from the last commissioner.  Under our lawyers suggestion, I ask you, what do we do now?
