Again today I was told by Logisticare  I had no patient rights with Logisticare since "medicaid prevented  them from honoring them".Govenor Haley I do not believe you would permit the disabled,elderly and handicap to have their lives endangered when Logisticare refuses to allow an ambulance that you know does not have the knowledge to give proper care to be forced to be legally kidnaped by Medshore that endangered my life. I am but one but how many others have they dictated such  dangerous care and violating our patient rights &amp basic rights fed &ampstate?
 I remember when I had the freedom to select the ambulance or other form of transportation that met my medical needs. Why not once again allow me and everyone the right/ability to return to those freedoms? Logisticare was removed years ago  to have another company come in. You then rehired Logisticare . Gov. I have a question but I may not phrase it right. When a skunk sprays a strong odor then you try another that is worse then why go back to the one that smelled so bad you got rid of.
Is it not better to be rid of them?                      Thanks margene lee
