My brother has spent the last 15 years fighting to prove he was falsely convicted of child molestation. Since he can no longer afford to keep trying and has decided to stop fighting the system. The problem is that he has asked for something in writing that states what he is allowed to do. He has grandchildren and with the way the requirements change around here, he has requested something stating what the rules are. So far no one will give him anything. If you or any of your staff might be able to clarify the laws on this. At least he will know.
