we have a hearing and are forced to bring a 12 year old girl to police to have her pic taken and record in 3 days. in brief 2 yrs ago she had to leave northwest middle due to bullying it was the same week the girl jumped off the tower in fla from bullying. her mom tried the k12 online but couldnt keep up so with education of her highest priority she had to put her back in northwest again due to demographics and funds. we are a month into school year and it already started again. now mind you the school was well aware before she left because on several ocassions mom went up there. even with letters they said he/said see said and nothing was done so mom pulled her out. gracie has been seeing counseling for her depression since her father died in 2012 bu never violent never a bad record loveable kid. she went to school and officer noticed cuts on her arm. they told her if she told them what happened that she would not be in trouble they found a piece of glass in her book bag and she told them that she cuts herself but that she is getting help and the bullying is starting again and instead of trying to console her and get her better help than her doctor. they have suspended her pending an unknown dated hearing for possible expulsion and she has to report in 3 more days to police to get pics done and record started all for that she had a weapon on school property.the weapon being the glass that she didnt even know was in bag cause she cut herself day before and told mom and she called an made apointment. they promised her confidentiality and she heard her statement verbatem by some girl in the hallway.even before her own mother saw it.  she already at the carolina center this week which is costing mom 180 a day on top of what she pays already for the counselor and physciatrist i talk to the officer he acted like a proud papa of the collar of the week in the police force.  this is a depressed child wanting help and getting negative reinforcement.  she didnt bring a knife or a gun or a stick to school or anything to hurt anyone else she has a good record is this really how things are run please advise 8643223056  5617235910
