More than 65% . When an asteroid struck our planet several things occurred. 1. Fracturing of the earth's mantle, which dived and redistributed the land masses. Causing an equatorial bulge and flooding. 2.Tilting of our axis. 3.Our planetary orbit went from circular to elliptical. 4. Clouding of our atmosphere from the fallout. All these things together caused the Ice Age. Since that time our planet has been recovering from the impact. Man has made this recovery harder by deforestation. The first of these to be corrected was the fallout. This was achieved when the planet opened the atmospheric holes over the polar caps melting them causing the flood and cleaning or atmosphere. Since that time the changes have been less severe. Appear more in cycles as the planetary changes still occur. The tilt of the axis from the impact caused us to go from a mono season to the four we have now. What man has seen as climate change is just our planet returning to a more stable weather pattern as the seasons go. But the process causes severe weather until all the changes that need to be done to finish redistributing the global mass that was fractured and melted. Deforestation has made this harder by reducing overall weight and water retention. In recent time plantarly, we have had earthquakes that helped adjust the mantel go from bulging at the equator to almost none almost spherical. Our axis has moved towards almost normal which would be at a 90 degree angle. Until our axis is at a 90 degree angle we will have severe weather and earthquakes. We also recently had a alignment of the planets which helped reduce our elliptical orbit more towards a totally circular orbit. Deforestation has been mans biggest contributing factor. For example the deforestation that occurred to build the pyramids. Causing the growth of the Sahara Desert. A proposal to help reduce the effects and help balance the weather patterns. We can help minimize the problem of the rising oceans and severe weather by: 1. Reestablishing lakes that would be filled by the rising oceans. 2. Replenish the aquifers under the major deserts reestablishing old well and oases. 3.Help return the rain cycles to aired regions such as the Sahara Desert that several thousand years ago there was a heavy grain based society and forest. In doing so huricanes and typhones would be reduced or eliminated. 4. Use cloud manipulation and other techniques to reduce flooding and weaken hurricanes and typhoons mid ocean. The equipment and technology has been available for over ten years. (suppressed by the U.S. Government) Most of these systems when set up accordingly would bring fresh water and electricity to the area to allow for farming and housing.when the desalination pumps. I designed are put in with the corresponding hydroelectric systems there is a surplus of electricity and water available for development. When applied properly we should be able to increase farming enough to eliminate world hunger, establish wildlife areas and rain forest. Reduce or eliminate the cost for water, electricity, sewer and food worldwide. Other equipment available would eliminate 60% of the risks the fire departments take. Vincent A.
