DHEC is just a government funded bully.
- When the inspector goes around the restaurant the PIC (person in charge) is not allowed to follow and the inspector does not point out the problems, just writes them up on a paper.  Not only do the Chinese restaurant employees not understand English, between all of them put together they can barely read and write at a 3rd grade level.  DHEC is not setup to properly administer these people.
- With all the requrements of DHEC these days, new business owners should be required to have a Masters of Business Admin degree or equivalent.
- DHEC also requires the restaurant to generate their own forms, procedures, etc. which, again, given their lack of education and language, they are totally incompetent to do.  With all its money and educated people, DHEC should generate these forms and directions and not leave the idiot business owners to try to figure out what it is that DHEC wants.
