He is 89 years old and not computer literate. He wants to suggest a 30 day driver's license suspension for anyone caught littering first offense. Second offense would be 6 months. He says that when he was a policeman in Washington, DC that if he took a person's license even just a few minutes to give them a traffic ticket that they did not like that license being out of their possession. Just a suggestion that would probably cut littering drastically in our state. Thank you.
