I have been attempting to use their services since 2008 but am finding it very difficult. I need to reach a supervisor within the agency who can assist with an out of state father. Long story short I have had to contact your office in the past for assistance. when i call customer service they tell me the state of SC is in a trying to locate status (they say they cannot locate the father). However, the state of SC has requested assistance from the state of Florida to try to enforce the child support order (he owes$47,000). The state of Florida did locate, they have taken him to court 3 times, they have been working on suspending his license and trying to withhold tax returns. in other words he has been located, and i have appeared in court and seen him there. I do not understand why SC still says they are in a trying to locate status. I would like to find out the status of the case in Florida, he has told me he will only pay what the judge orders him to pay and the last time we were in court i was trying to be lenient and nice because he said he was living in a camper. However, he sold his $300,000 home and now owns a pub and still will not pay his child support. I cannot talk to the state of Florida regarding the case because the state of SC initiated the request to enforce the child support order. I have asked for a supervisor to return my call by calling the customer service number in SC to try to get this squared away, and no one ever calls me back. I'm going in circles here and just would like to assist the agency in getting this settled. Respectfully. Terri Cardosi 75.150.99.177
