Hello ,  Governor Nikki  Haley  could  you  help  out  in  this  dilemma this section-8  Nuisance  is  causing  a terrible  problem , Since  February  of  2011  when  this  problem was  placed in  the neighborhood , she has  been  cursing  at  us her  and  her  relatives using  vile profane  language ,  slamming  the doors  on  the  vehicle  all  times of  the morning  and  at  late  at night disturbing  the  peace  and  when  leon  lott's  sheriff's  dept.  is  called  out  they  don't won't to  write  out  an  incident  report , Governor Nikki  Haley  something  has to  be  done.  Today  Saturday  1/23/16  this  section-8  mary  elizabeth norris  that  sometimes  stays  at  3015 Haverford Circle,  Columbia, S.C.  29203 this  Troublemaker  has  installed  a Bright  Spotlight  that  she  shines  on us  every  night Governor  Nikki  Haley   this  is  invading  our  privacy  surely  something can  be  done !  she  has  this  Harmful  Light Beam  Shining  into  our  window  all  night  long  and  my  Spouse  is ill,  Governor can  you  send  someone  out  to  observe  or  do  something  to  move  this  pest  some where else.
