<WFUD_Request>Madam Governor, I have had the privilege of meeting you, at the Grand Opening Event of Land Rover/Jaguar Columbia, late last year, as I own an Aston Martin. Having said that, As a Commissioned Lieutenant Colonel (SCSG), Billeted as G1 3rd Brigade,(at the time) I sent a "White Paper", to your office, regarding the failure of the SCMD/SCSG Senior Officers to comply with the SCMD/SCSG Orders and Regulations, as set forth in the the SCMD/SCSG Rules and Regulations. My documents,(I speculate) never reached your purview. I say this this because "My Resignation",from the SCMD/SCSG was accepted, with no valid reason,(from your office, or that of the SCMD/SCSG Commander). Madam Governor, I am Perplexed!?!?!?!?!?!?!  Would you, Please help me? Help me to understand why and how this has happened, to me. I am a 22 year U.S Navy Veteran. I joined the SCMD as a 1st Lieutenant in 2001, then migrated to the SCSG (without my permission, by Ewell Sturgis). Through the years I came up tghrough the ranks and was commissioned as a Lieutenant Colonel (after 12 years of service). I have given so much from myself and from my Federal Contracting Corporation: IMS-CAS, INC., during the preparation for the opening of the South Carolina Military Museum. I am in a quandary! When I had proof that Ewell "Buddy" Sturgis,(curator of the museum) was stealing from Ross E, Beard Jr. and my company: IMS-CHAS,INC (software piracy), I had a meeting with the Adjudant General Stanhope Spears...Water off a duck"s back. I was deemed: "The Bad Guy"! Madam Governor, I have had greater than a "Top Secret" Federal Security Clearance since 1979, I do not fabricate data! PLEASE, my I have a bit of your time, to reinstate my commission in our great state of South Carolina?
