I am Mr. Fuewell brother,  I have received over the years several letters about his health,  last time I did visit,  his health did not look well.  I have attached letter he wrote this time for your staff to look over and investigate and provide me back with a response.  I thought this institution, Ridgeland Correctional was to be one of the best medical facilities,. but apparently -  some things just not adding up, over the years.   I even called in advance this year to go visit,  when I got there,  I could not see him, because the staff did not inform me that his cell block were on lock down,  than spoke to the woman, warden, or assistant,  she hesitated like she were go let me see him,  than came out and told me some off the wall stuff why I could not.  Totally un-professional.  



Please review what I have attached,  and if possible,  relocate Mr. Fuewell to another institution where better care and treatment is rendered..



I also email a copy of this to the State Govenors office.
