I don't understand why SC does not participate in the federal Medicaid expansion program, especially where the are willing to fund it 100% for the first 2 years. I don't know what the state brings in in property, sales, gas, or hospitality taxes. But it seams a small increase could provide health care for everyone in SC. SC ranks 23 out of the 51 states (-55% percentile. Seems like we could do a lot better and provide for those less fortunate. Everyone should have access to health care. I'm sorry that I will not be able to support you in future elections. You need to focus on South Carolinians!
