I have been attempting to contact my state representative (Chip Limehouse) by email since 1/26/15 without any response. I have also called his Columbia office and left a message without response. Since I was concerned that the legislative sites email system might be dysfunctional, I also sent an inquiry to the webmaster regarding the status of the email system. I have had no response from them either. I think an automated response from all state email accounts would be very beneficial, and I don't think it is unreasonable to expect some response within 3-5 business days.
