Wellman Sr. 7010 46th Drive Fort Wayne IN 46835-1504 dwellman1@frontier.com 260-485-1250 GUNS honoring of out of state permits. I would like to visit South Carolina again. However,I wouldn't be allowed to exercise my 2nd Amendment rights to carry a fire arm for protection. I have concealed carry permits from my home state of Indiana, the state of Utah, and the state of Arizona. According to the information I have, none of the three are honored in South Carolina. I would hope that that situation could be changed by your legislature. Is there a way to obtain a South Carolina Concealed Carry Permit for an Indiana resident. As the intended victim of an armed robber back in 2009,I no longer feel it wise to travel without protection. I would like to request the honorable Gov. Haley to ask the legislature to alter the gun laws so that law abiding citizens from other states can carry protection in South Carolina. Thank you Douglas H. Wellman
