This is in regards to a prisoner by the name of Rafael Brown SCDC#00219882 SID#01006589. This prisoner took not one but 2 lives, my brother age 18 and my oldest son age 15 whom were innocent by standers. The prisoner was involved in a fight with another young man who got the best of him and when he pulled out his gun to shoot he ran while shooting in a crowd instead of standing there and firing at the person that brutally beat him up, and dared him to shot him. What I'm saying is it possible that he no longer be consider for parole due to the fact he took no thought for the action he took by running and firing bullets into a crowd of people vs him getting his man that he could have possibly pleaded self defense against. We have no seeds or generations that will come from my son or brother due to they no longer exist. What did you take from this world a doctor, lawyer,teacher,counselor or a law enforcement. These young men belong to someone they had mothers, fathers, sisters,  brothers, grandparents, cousins, uncles, aunts , and now nieces and nephews they will never meet. Why should #00219882 have the chance. He's been in and out of trouble all of his life, he was disobedient to his mother, he don't trust God which America is built on, and once a murderer always a murderer because that's all he know is street life he probably been better off just getting the chair or injected with the needle a life for the two lives you took. The thing is he actually pulled the trigger people actually saw him do it because he was fighting with their cousin. All I ask if you could please make it life without parole and don't send me these letters saying he's being considered he is not rehabilitated. Make it Life without parole natural life die in prison.
