As a policy analyst with SSTI, I cover all state budgets with a particular interest in tech-based economic development initiatives. I know Gov. Haley generally has released her proposed budget in mid-January. I also am aware that because she gave the GOP response to President Obama's State of the Union, her proposed FY 2017 budget release date could have been delayed. I'm hoping you can provide me with a specific date when the governor will release her proposed FY 2017 budget.
