Hi you do not know me, but I thought it only polite to contact you in reqards to ethical issues within your state agencies.  Jurisdiction is in North Carolina of an absent father who lives in SC.  When case was started originally the absent father was a teacher in Aiken SC and had their school board attorney involved in our domestic child support case...I handled myself.  It seems that his teaching contract wasn't renewed due to owing soooo much child support and then he got a job with DSS child support.  I didn't receive ANY $$ for a year and I contacted my government official and it was started back.  The absent father has now been moved to a lower paying position within DSS and I am guessing because of his ethics. I am told I will have to spend basically all the money I am owed to have him brought to justice.  I know your are a huge supporter of children so I thought I would contact you to see if there would be any help.  This man's father has been appointed to several boards recently by the governor of Kentucky which is where he grew up.  I think as with the beginning of the child support order a lot of politics are involved and it will take me rolling in the mud like a pig to get the politics to go away and him responsible for his actions. I don't want to cause you any embarrassment for something you would never support.  Absent father name is Todd Vinson Moncks Corner SC.  I would appreciated any advise or help.
