Thank you for getting back with me about the certificates for the Arrow of Light Scouts.
The scouts names are as follows:

David William Judd, Jr.
Connor Malich Banchero
Ethan Hunter Jeffcoat

The date for the above Scouts is February 27th, 2016

I have one scout who earned his Arrow of Light early.
His name is Noah Ackerman. The date needed on his certificate is September 15th, 2015

I would like to be able to pick the certificate up by Wednesday February 24th, 2016 if that is possible.

Thank you for your e-mail.  Yes, I am still the contact person for scouting recognitions.  I’m sure the governor would be happy to provide certificates to the Arrow of Light Scouts!  At your convenience, please send me the scouts’ names, the date you would like on the certificates, and when you need to have them by.

Hello Ms. Dupree,

My name is John M. Leas. I am the Assistant Cub Master with Cub Scout Pack 111. We are from West Columbia, SC.

I am writing you today concerning our Arrow of Light Scouts and a certificate that may be available from the Governors office for the young boys who have achieved this award.
Mr. Jack Norris, former Cub Master of Pack 507, said that you were able to assist him last year with this and could possibly help me.

If this certificate is available, could you please tell me what I would need to do in order to have them for our Scouts.

If this is something that you do not handle, I apologize and ask if you can refer me to the correct person.
