That's it Contact me and I will get the ball rolling... I have already contacted Governor Nikki Haley I have some great ideas for PSAs but i need funding... I dont intend to make money off of this... I just want to save some lives... SC could also incorporate this idea into one of the Driver License  requirements... and education in our public schools...
