SC Poultry Festival May 11-12
BATESBURG-LEESVILLE---The15th annual SC Poultry Festival kicks off May 11 with fun and entertainment for the whole family.
Located in Batesburg-Leesville the festival promises to be even better this year. Over 100,000 flocked to this small SC town to salute the poultry industry last year. Event coordinators expect over 130,000 to attend this year. During this weekend Batesburg-Leesville becomes one of the largest cities in SC!
Festival activities include a carnival, parade, road race, 124 crafters, five stages of entertainment, a chicken calling contest, volleyball tournament, state BBQ cook-off, helicopter rides, golf tournament, car and antique tractor show, chainsaw artist, and a large annual aerial firework display which is also coordinated to music.
