On page 76 it shows services that are not covered, including: 38. Services or supplies to treat a condition or injury resulting from an act of domestic violence Surely this doesn't mean that if a state employee is the victim of domestic violence their injuries are not covered? On the surface it appears that is what it means.. In SC, of all places, we refuse to care for victims?
